Joel Completes His First Triathlon!

On September 17th, 2006, Joel completed his first triathlon! Joel ran the Nautica Malibu Triathlon as part of Team Disney (more info can be found on Joel's site). We got up really super early Sunday morning (4am!) so we could get to Malibu for Joel to setup. Joel did great! The race started at 7:00am, and he finished swimming 1/2 mile, bicycling 18 miles, and running 4 miles in just over two hours (2:01:35.5). Not only that, Joel raised almost $3,000 for the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation. Thanks to all who donated!
